Recipes for a Pranic Lifestyle - This is our first collection of vegetarian recipes, a small tasting gathered from hundreds of volunteers across the country and spanning a spectrum of food traditions.

 Gingelly Oil

This Gingelly Oil is made through a traditional method that preserves the nutrition, smell and taste of the sesame seeds. This leaves the oil in the most natural state and keeps its nutrients in tact. Gingelly (sesame) is known for its antibacterial and antioxidant properties, which helps aid in an overall healthy system. Gingelly Oil has a slightly nutty taste, which can enhance the flavour of a variety of meals.
It can be used anywhere cooking oil is normally needed. This natural Gingelly Oil was produced without going through any sort of chemical treatment.

Ragi Dosa Mix (Finger Millet / Nachani), 500 gm

Enjoy dosa with a healthy twist. With Ragi Dosa Mix, you can whip up crispy and savory South Indian dosas/pancakes made with Ragi (also known as Finger Millet or Nachani), Urad Dal (Black Gram) and rice. Ragi is a rich source of calcium, iron, protein and fibre. Urad Dal can help boost energy and improve digestion.
This Mix will make approximately 20 dosas.
Ragi, Black gram (Urad Dal), Fenugreek Seeds (Methi), Rice, Cumin Seeds, and Curry Leaves.  

Quinoa Blended Snack, 200gm

A crunchy, savoury, healthy snack that can be enjoyed when the feeling to munch on something arises. Quinoa is one of few vegetarian foods that provide a complete protein source with all nine essential amino acids. This ready-to-eat flavourful blend contains quinoa enriched with amaranth, almonds, raisins and various nourishing seeds. It's great for packing and taking with you throughout the day, and serves perfectly as a pleasant snack to offer guests when entertaining.
